Update on the NEW Golf & Country Club

2015 has been a massive year for Pacific Dunes:

• 10 year Anniversary
• Release & sale of most lots in the Country Club Precinct
• Civil work completion for the Lakes Precinct, to be registered and sold in the early New Year
• A big & exciting winter Golf Competition where we gave away a prize for 2 people to attend the US Masters next year!
• Soil-turning & start of construction for the long awaited BRAND NEW Golf & Country Club!!

The construction of the brand new Golf & Country Club, and with it the launch of a new restaurant; The Greenhouse, has been widely anticipated both for Pacific Dunes residents, members, staff and the wider community.

We are thrilled to advise that the venue will open mid-January and wanted to share some progress shots with you, taken Thursday 17th Dec!
