Former rugby league great Max Krilich has claimed victory for the second year in a row at the Sporting Champions Golf Challenge held at Pacific Dunes in Port Stephens.

 

Hosted by Pat Rafter, pictured, the third annual event, which finished yesterday, was held over two days and featured more than 25 of Australia’s most well known sporting personalities including Paul Vautin, Gordon Tallis and tennis ace Todd Woodbridge.

 

After completing two rounds of 18 holes, Krilich was triumphant shooting 170 gross, with AFL star Corey McKernan coming second with 171. Jockey Damien Oliver was the nett winner, shooting 157.
