The Golf Villa is the heart of Pacific Dunes. Overlooking the 18th hole, it boasts sweeping views across the water, the course and the surrounding bushland, making it the perfect place to meet family and friends for a quiet drink or dinner. An easy stroll to the practice range and putting green, the Golf Villa is also home to the golf shop and function facilities.

An example of one of our fairway home designs, the Golf Villa combines sun-filled, open-plan spaces with natural light and generous courtyards, making it the perfect temporary golf headquarters until the Cox-Richardson designed permanent clubhouse is built.
