The Pacific Dunes masterplan is the work of Cox Richardson Architects and Planners. Working together with golf course designer James Wilcher, the team from Cox Richardson, made up of director Philip Graus, Philip Cox and John Richardson, began to create a masterplan. The result of the collaboration is Pacific Dunes – a residential golfing community encompassing architectural design excellence on par with an international-standard golf course and its facilities.
